Good and Bad
I bought this for my dad in July 2024 for a Christmas gift. He recently started using them and has only hand washed. One was has used a handful of times with no issue the other one was used once and the next time he went to use it has a big crack! He really does enjoy these and I would recommend besides the one with the crack. Update - best customer service! They credit my account and replaced the item! I would highly recommend this company!

Perfect for Bourbon
The charred cup enhanced the Bourbon flavor. Just exactly what I would expect. I think making the outside finish a little less slick would be good. I roughed mine up with sandpaper to help make holding easier. I would buy it again!
